I’m Ingrid, a Norwegian textile artist based in Oslo. I took my bachelor’s (2023) and master’s (2025) degree in medium- and material-based art at Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

My works explore the act of gathering, preservation, and sharing of knowledge through Norwegian flora preserved in plant dyed silk and weaving. The cultivation and gathering of plants for dyeing are central to my artistic practice, and so both my process and my artworks are influenced by the natural cycles of the seasons.
